Our Story
We are Jesse and Tori Rodriguez, and we live in Dorr, MI with our three crazy boys. We started when we bought our first house as a foreclosure and ended up loving remodeling it! So, three years later we decided to try again and we enjoyed it so much we quit our jobs and opened our own Grand Rapids remodeling business. We love people and partnering with them to help them love the house they are in.
We aren’t great at taking pictures at the right angle, we don’t make fancy videos, we don’t have a TikTok, we don’t post at the right times on social media, but we do pour everything we have into each project and make sure we have a happy customer and great product at the end.
God is the foundation for all we do, and we always place people over profit.

Our Process
Discover — Submit your request and a few photos. We share a ballpark budget and timeline to confirm fit.
Plan & Proposal — Home visit to measure and confirm scope. You receive a detailed, line-item proposal with a target schedule.
Reserve & Schedule — Approve the proposal and place a scheduling deposit to reserve your spot.
Build & Handoff — We execute the plan with regular updates, then do a final walkthrough, punch list, and care notes.
